Booking and Tee-Time Policies
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued under any condition, except as specified in Clause 4.
Booking Confirmation:
A printed copy of the booking confirmation sent via email is required at the Reception upon arrival (30 minutes before your tee-time).
If a golfer with a booked tee-time does not arrive at the Reception 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tee-time, the club reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Privilege or Member Card:
If a tee-time is booked using a privilege or member card, the card must be valid on the day of the booking.
If the card is expired, the club reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Transfer or Refund Policy:
The club reserves the right to transfer or refund confirmed tee-time bookings with 10 days' notice in the case of tournaments or other emergency circumstances.
Changing Tee-Time Terms & Conditions
Confirmed tee-times may be changed once, subject to course availability, and must be done at least 7 days before the original tee-time.
Confirmed tee-times may be postponed by up to 1 month (30 days) or rescheduled to an earlier date by up to 1 week (7 days) from the original tee-time.
Changes to confirmed tee-times must align with the same weekday/weekend periods and/or the same pricing periods as stated by the club.
The number and/or types of golfers in a confirmed tee-time cannot be changed.
The change is considered confirmed only when the new information appears in the tee-time schedule.
Additional Policy
Groups of 6 must use a buggy at a cost of 1,000 Baht per buggy, which allows entry onto the fairway.
