SERVICES
Operating Information
- The golf club is open 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday and is closed every Monday.
- Types of operation:
DAY GOLF Tuesday to Sunday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
NIGHT GOLF Open from Tuesday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
MONDAYS Open only on public holidays or substitute holidays.
Tee Time Bookings
- Please contact the Member Relations Department.
- When booking a tee time, your group must consist of 3 to 6 golfers. If your group has 2 golfers or fewer, you will be required to allow other golfers to join your group.
- Standby: Golfers will be allowed to tee off only if a subsequent tee time is available.
- For bookings with 2 golfers or fewer in the group, you will be required to allow the club to accept bookings of other golfers to complete your group.
Golf Rounds
- Golfers are allowed to start teeing off at the booked tee time.
- Golfers who have paid their fees should be ready for teeing off at the staging area behind the clubhouse at least 20 minutes before their booked tee time.
- If you arrive late or miss your booked tee time, your order will be postponed indefinitely. The starter will verify and reschedule a new tee time for you.
- The first round begins at 6:00 am.
- 9-hole rounds will have coupons available for purchase starting at 4:00 pm daily.
- All rounds will start from Hole 1 unless otherwise directed by the Starter.
- Rounds will proceed in the order of booked tee times.
- If your group has fewer than 3 golfers at your booked tee time, you are required to allow the club to assign additional golfers to your group.
- After each shot, golfers are required to allow caddies time to repair divots, fix the green, and rake the sand.
Accompanying Non-golfers
- Accompanying non-golfers must not walk on the green and always stay close to the golfers.
- Accompanying non-golfers under the age of 10 are not allowed to enter the golf course.
- Accompanying non-golfers who ride in a cart with golfers must purchase an accompanying non-golfer coupon.
- Accompanying non-golfers who rent an additional cart must have a caddie as the driver and must purchase an accompanying non-golfer coupon, a cart coupon, and an 18-hole caddie coupon.
Golf Carts
- Carts are available for rent.
- For DAY GOLF, groups of 6 golfers are required to use carts.
- For NIGHT GOLF, all golfers are required to use carts.
Dress Code
- Golfers must wear proper golf attire.
- The starter will conduct an initial assessment. If any golfer is found to be improperly dressed, their tee time will be delayed, and the matter will be referred to the Management Department for further review.
Hole-in-One (Day Golf Only)
- When a hole-in-one is achieved, the caddie will notify the marshal.
- The marshal will record the details of the golfer who made the hole-in-one and forward them to the reception.
- The club will present a plaque along with a hole-in-one certificate.
- Special prizes from sponsors are available only on designated holes, which will be indicated by signage at the teeing ground.
- After completing the round, the golfer who made the hole-in-one must contact the Member Relations Department for verification.
Locker Room
- All personal belongings should be removed from your locker after each use.
- Items left in lockers will be kept for approximately one month for collection. After this period, they may be donated or otherwise handled as deemed appropriate.
Caddies
- Caddies’ duties:
*Drive the cart.
*Repair divots, fix the green, and rake the sand after each shot.
*Provide advice on yardage for each hole.
*Safeguard the club’s property.
- After completing the round, you may request your caddie to deliver your golf bag directly to your car in the parking lot. Please ensure you check all your valuables.
- Any inappropriate conduct by a caddie should be reported to the marshal immediately.
- Valuables should not be entrusted to caddies. The club accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to your personal property under any circumstances.
- The club will not follow up on or coordinate any external issues caused by caddies in any cases.
- Caddies are not employees of the club.
Caddie Booking Steps
- Golfers must contact the caddie they wish to book directly.
- The caddie who accepts the booking must record it in the tee time booking logbook managed by the head caddie.
- The caddie who accepts the booking must perform a facial scan at least 30 minutes before the booked tee time.
- Valuables should not be entrusted to caddies. The club accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to your personal property under any circumstances.
Complaint Handling
The club has an internal procedure to handle golfer complaints. Once a complaint has been resolved by the Management Department, the decision is final. The club reserves the right not to disclose all information to outside parties.
Customer Service Regulations
- The starter or staff at the staging area may adjust tee times as deemed appropriate, with prior notice given to the golfers and caddies in the affected group.
- The marshal or staff who manage the plays around the course is responsible for strictly enforcing the rules of rounds, with no exceptions.
- If a group is playing slowly, the marshal may speed up their play or allow the following group to play through.
- If you take excessive time at rest points while there is a bottleneck, the marshal may require you to continue playing or allow the following group to play through.
- Monitoring during the service: If the marshal observes any irregularities, they may monitor, intervene to alleviate the situation, or take initial action. Please cooperate by providing information to the marshal. Should the issue be found to result from service shortcomings below the club’s standards, the marshal will coordinate with the Management Department to address the issue immediately.
- If the club finds that a golfer’s behavior intentionally causes disturbance affecting the physical or mental well-being of any individual, the club reserves the right to terminate the golfer’s play without refund. The golfer may also be held responsible for medical expenses or civil litigation costs and may be refused future service.
- Caddies must prepare bamboo ashtrays for customers who smoke cigars or cigarettes and advise them to be careful to prevent damage to carts caused by smoking.
Special Access for Visitors
- Permission to visit the golf course is at the discretion of the Management Department.
- For visits related to tournament preparations, please inform the Member Relations Department. Course staff will escort you in.
- For visits to meet golfers during their rounds, please inform the Member Relations Department. Approval is subject to the Management Department’s discretion. Course staff will escort you in and out once your business is completed.
Caddies
- Golfers are required to have at least one caddie.
- Caddies’ duties:
*Provide service to golfers and offer advice on playing each hole.
*Repair divots, fix the green, and rake the sand after each shot.
*Drive the cart safely.
*Safeguard the club’s property.
- Please check the golf clubs in your bags, record them on the tag, and hang the tag on your golf bag before teeing off.
- After completing the round, you may request your caddie to drive the cart to give you a lift to the parking lot.
- The club will not follow up on or coordinate any external issues caused by caddies in any cases.

- After completing the round, the golfer who made the hole-in-one must contact the Member Relations Department to schedule a date to receive the plaque.
