Golf is a game for those who play with their hearts and minds. To succeed in this game, you must work hard to play well, learn the skills of the game, and understand the fairway. The fairway, like life, requires examination and consideration to determine the best way to achieve your goals, to win.

Panya Kuantrakul spends his life evaluating the fairway; determining how he can best achieve his goals and help others realize their own. From an early age, his life's dream has been to succeed in his own business. He began a very humble life with a limited education and yet, at the age of 15, Panya was able to establish his first business: selling flavored syrup with a group of 10 friends.

From these very simple beginnings, Panya laid the foundations of his current success in the real estate industry. His first real estate investment was the purchase of 30-40 rai of land in the Klong Prapa area, which he secured with no down payment and a series of small monthly installments. Panya continued to purchase land in this way to gain experience in the real estate industry and build a property stable.

It wasn't until 20 years later that Panya began his first commercial project, the Moo Ban Panya Housing Estate, which became the first 'millionaires' village' in Thailand. The success of this project encouraged Panya and lead to the development of what is now the Panya Group, which consists of housing estates, country clubs, and golf courses.

Panya's confidence in his real estate ventures and love of golf inspired him to develop the first standard 27-hole golf course in Thailand. The Panya Indra Golf course and the Panya Park Golf Course are the result of Panya's determination to succeed and to share his love of golf with others.
