and construct housing and landscape gardening for
the Panya Resort Country Club Project and Panya
Hill Project at Bangpra Chonburi. |

Panya Golf Co., Ltd. was renamed Panya Properties
Co., Ltd. A new project, Panya Lake Home, was added
to create single houses on 50-90 square wah blocks
beside the 237 rai lake on Nimit Mai Rd. The total
area of the project is 555 rai, and the park and
lake comprise 70% of area. The total cost of the
project was 2,200 million Baht. |

Established Panya Golf Co., Ltd. with a registered
capital of 50 million Baht. The company was created
for the development of real estate, and the construction
and provision of services for a standard 27-hole
championship golf course and sporting complex, the
Panya Indra Project. |

Co., Ltd. was increased to 1,200 million Baht. The
fully paid value of the company is 500 million Baht.
